Leyli Zohrenejad

Leyli started her career in the commodities division at Morgan Stanley in 2004 where she focused on private equity transactions. She later started a real estate private equity firm thatheld multi-family and commercial properties in three cities; Seattle, Salt Lake and Los Angeles. During her +15 years of work, she has structured and closed over +$1B in principal
investment asset transactions both domestically and internationally. She sits on the board of several not-for-profits. She holds a business
finance degree from the University of Southern California, and a JD (law degree) from New York University, and is a member of the NY Bar Association.

Arlin Travis

Arlin has over 30 years energy industry experience in trading, origination, acquisitions, and project development. He is currently the SVP of Marketing for WhiteWater Midstream Logistics where he is responsible for the commercial commodity agreements and has been tasked with originating power asset investments for WhiteWater’s $300MM Energy Transition Portfolio. In the past clients and principals have included, Royal Bank of Scotland, Morgan Stanley Commodities Group, Shell Energy North America, Sempra Energy, Carlyle, Noble Gas & Power, Comision Federal Electricidad and Chevron Shipping, among others. Power projects have included the 125 MW Eagle Point Peaker, the 200 MW Wild Flower Peakers, the 750 MW La Rosita I CombinedCycle Power Plant, The 550 MW Elk Hills Combined Cycle Power Plant, the MATL transmission line and the Glacier I & I Wind Projects.

Joe Ginex

Ginex brings over 24 years of experience in various disciplines of the real estate business. He has been:
a. Principal and Chief Development Officer at Hidrock Properties where he was instrumental in formulating the business plans and executing the development of hotel and residential developments valued in excess of $1.2 billion dollars over an 8 year tenure;
b. Vice president at SDS Investments, where he was responsible for acquisitions and oversight of the project management for the company’s development projects, which were valued in excess of $4.5 billion upon stabilization, and
c. assistant vice president at Acadia Realty Trust, a publicly traded shopping center REIT, and during his tenure at Acadia, he was involved in more than $400 million in acquisitions and redevelopments.
